DStar LED was born from a desire to make lights for our own personal use. It soon became apparent that we were on to something when fellow riders started commenting on "how good they were".
It has taken over a year to get from the initial home-made lights to the ones we now have available. Many designs came and went until we were happy with the 'Altair' (named after one of the brightest stars in the night sky).
All of our machined parts are made by us, at the foot of the Malvern Hills in England (where we also do our testing) to enable us to maintain the high quality you would demand.
